Big fish and snapper fish are plentiful in the Pacific Northwest, but there are a few things you need to know before you tackle them.
Read MoreThe following tips on catching big fish and other large predators are based on what I’ve learned from working in the Puget Sound region of Washington state for more than 20 years.
Here are a couple of tips to help you get started:1.
You should catch a few.
The best time to catch a big fish is early morning and late afternoon when the sea surface is calm.
You can catch them in the open water, near shore or under a dock.
I caught a big green sea lion near a dock in the morning.
A couple days later, I caught one that was close to shore.
You don’t want to go too far out into the open, either, so be prepared to have a couple bait balls or nets on hand.2.
Keep your line and bait close.
In Puget Island and the northern parts of Puget River, big fish are generally caught with bait lines and small nets, and in those areas, you should catch big snapper.
The snapper is more elusive and easier to spot, but it’s not as big of a deal.3.
Don’t bother with traps.
Ticking fish, for example, are not the most exciting thing in the world, but they’re not that difficult to catch, either.
There are some traps that you can use, such as the big rocker, and you can catch more fish using a lure that has a hook attached to it.
However, be sure to follow the rules of the trap.
For example, if you set up a trap that’s just hanging out there, you’re not going to catch much of anything, but you can still get a good look at a lot of the fish.
If you have a big hook, it will be very difficult to capture big snappers.
It will also be very easy to accidentally catch big fish.
So, you’ll need to be careful.
If you do have a hook, you can try to use a bait line, but be careful not to put your hook on anything that’s going to attract the fish, such a rocker.
You want to make sure the bait is just enough to get a big snipper off of the hook.4.
Don the mask.
Most snappers, especially the large ones, wear a mask, and it’s important to wear it if you’re going to use it to lure fish.
If the fish is caught, the mask is not going go anywhere.5.
Avoid big fish with bait in the water.
The more bait you have on hand, the better, but the fish can still bite your hook.
You may also have to use the fish bait to lure the fish into the water, too.6.
Dont bait a big snake.
The snakes don’t like it when you bait a snake in the fish trap.
Instead, try to lure them into the bait.
This will allow you to get the fish and snake closer together, which will help to get them caught.7.
Dont use a lure in the shallow water.
Its not as easy to catch as a big catch, and big snapping fish will generally avoid the bait, too, which is the best time for snappers to appear.8.
Always bring a net.
It’s good to have at least two hooks, but many big fish will be caught by using a net that you tie on.
It allows you to catch all the fish that youre going to.9. Dont get caught by a large rocker or the end of a line.
If a big rock is hooked in the trap, it’s usually not the end or the bottom of the line that you need.
If it’s a large snapper or a large snake, you will be catching both.10.
DonÂt use bait that is too large or too heavy.
If your bait is too heavy or too big, the fish will bite your line.
You won’t get a lot off of a single hook.
