According to the latest data from research firm iResearch, the world is spending $10 billion to make fish grills the next big thing.
In fact, the companies are spending more money on the grill than on any other food.
In 2017, the first year of the new technology, the fish industry spent $10.5 billion on fish grill products, a 40% increase over the previous year.
Fish grill technology is so popular that it even led to the creation of a catch-phrase: fish grill is a catchphrase.
And while the fish market is still relatively small, it’s a growing market.
The fish industry, in fact, is now worth $10 trillion, and the market is expected to hit $10,000 billion by 2021, according to research firm Bloomberg.
